The "Gone Nuts" exhibition is part of the "Transforming Spaces" community art event. Transforming Spaces was designed to nurture increased cooperation and a sense of community amongst spaces on the island, extend their audiences and deepen dialogue with the Bahamian people.

Six art studios and galleries in New Providence participated in the collaboration: The National Art Gallery of the Bahamas; Stingrae Studios; TYF Studios; Post House Gallery; Popopstudios Gallery; and New Providence Art & Antiques.

Through distinctive curatorship each space will express a unique element of the developing and diverse Bahamian art culture. This is a seed event. The hope is that it will stimulate ongoing collaboration between the initial six sites and other art spaces interested in participating in future art happenings.

Shuttle tours will begin at NAGB and will travel to the five other locations.
