The work of Antonius Roberts, The Bahamas’ most noted artist and sculptor, is motivated  by a personal philosophy that can be briefly described as conservation, transformation and preservation.  These words are well illustrated by his Sacred Space concept and  as well as his most recent environmental transformation of the Centreville House grounds.  It is a concept that he would like to pursue internationally with installations inspired by and suited to particular locations.
